Product Information

Customized Products

Customized and personalized products are created according to the information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, spellings, dates, colors, and uploaded artwork before confirming the order.
Once production has begun, customized orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded unless the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production or dispatch begins. Customized orders generally cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or an unboxing video where applicable.

Customized products cannot be returned due to changes of mind or customer-approved customization details.

All content on this website, including logos, images, product designs, text, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Dezra and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Dezra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, except where required by applicable law.
